    I really relate to what you discussed in this post. I’ve had gut and autoimmune issues. I’ve been diagnosed with low pancreatic enzymes and currently taking Panzytrat, which I would really rather not take (I would prefer to heal myself naturally). By healing my gut, so you think I will eventually be able to stop taking Panzytrat?

      I think they are:
      -slow down when eating
      -be present when you eat (not distracted with work, phone, etc) and
      -digestive enzymes.

    I’m known for gettingexactly these symptoms. No one has ever suggested I take a digestive enzyme supplement but I’m sure going to look into it!
